The first time I saw her she brought tears to my eyes...
While watching "Al-Munathara" show, I was taken by their extraordinary guest. In an interview with Malaka Shwaikh, a 22 year old Palestinian, I was fascinated by her sense of will and strong determination.
She was born in Gazza, Palestine and grew up in its poor neighborhoods. She was smart and strong-willed since childhood. When she graduated from her school, it felt like the end of the road; as is the case for many Palestinians who lived similar lives. She was extremely blessed to be granted acceptance at Sheffield University in the UK. She has an exemplary record and a pile of achievements that can't be summarized in a post!

"Where there is a well there is a way"!
ReplyDeleteShe is really a wonderful lady like all Palestine people. It is very true that disasters give birth to great people. We hope the best for Palestine and the glory victory that would never be forgotten.
ReplyDeleteMalaka is just one single example of great Palestinian people who were able to make it and live their dreams despite all the difficulties. Stories like hers are sources of hope and inspiration for everyone to keep going and never tire of following dreams.
